Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract.
Period of Performance: Performance shall be for twelve (12) months from date of award.

EndNote is an all-in-one tool that integrates the following tasks into one program: search bibliographic databases on the Internet; organize references, images, PDFs and other files; create the bibliography and figure list while writing; collaborate using EndNote Web, the web-based research and writing tool. Reference Manager is a multi-purpose program with the following features: an online reference searcher which collects references from remote bibliographic databases; a database manager to organize individual reference collections and publish reference collections on the web or an intranet; a bibliography builder to instantly format bibliographies; and reference sharing capabilities.
This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the NCI to determine if it can meet the above unique specifications described herein. An original and one copy of the capability statement must be received in the NCI Office of Acquisition on or before 11:00 AM EST on July 1, 2011 11:00 a.m. EST.
