This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Hybrid type of contract Time and Materials and Firm Fixed Price, in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Set Aside for Small Business and will be award on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(1) Evaluation of quotations of offers, and in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 Tradeoff process.
