The Pasadena Public Library (serving a population of 147,000) is seeking quotes for a multi-volume PRINT set, and ONLINE access to general reference encyclopedia published for 2020, online access updated continually. Reading audience is generally public library customers including grade school age, high school and adult level. Electronic Resource should include a citation tool and the ability to download, email and print PDFs. User statistics should be available monthly and for ad hoc time periods. Library staff should have Administrative access to the Library profile and user interface software.
