The Deschutes and Ochoco National Forests intends to enter into an agreement under the current GSA Schedule 84 SIN 246-53 to upgrading dated, failing, and energy-intensive equipment in a number of forest facilities under an ENABLE ESPC agreement with an Energy Services Contractor (ESCO) to complete a number of energy efficiency equipment upgrades. These upgrades will reduce the Forests' energy and water consumption, resulting in a number of sustainable improvements including reduced utility expenditures, safer working environments, and reduced environmental impacts. This notice is informational only and not intended to solicit response from any source other than the GSA contract holders under GSA Schedule 84, all other inquries will not be responded to.
