Eastern Michigan University invites the submission of professional qualifications and proposals from qualified Construction Managers for the Golf training Facility at Eagle Crest project. It is intended that this project be delivered in a CM at Risk with Design-Assist method. The Construction Manager selected will provide the required services necessary to complete the services within the guidelines, standards and limitations as outlined in the Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP). Of primary concern on this project is the heavy focus on prior experience specific to university athletic facilities and active recreational (golf) facilities. Additional consideration will be made on CM Design-Assist delivery methods and projects with multiple bid packages and delivery schedule.
