Project Summary: Site work and associated activities involved in the preliminary construction of a 20,000 SF industrial building in Emmaus, PA. Work involved in this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Excavation & grading of existing lot Hauling & disposal of site material Installation of site utilities Landscaping, including tree planting Asphalt paving & line striping Site concrete Chain-link fence installation Site signage Items of Note: All onsite fill has been tested and approved for disposal at the owners designated dumpsite. Owner is paying the disposal costs for said material being exported. Hauling to Freemansburg however is to be figured in site contractors bid. Bidding Contractors to provide a unit price to dispose of any trash found in any of the export soil materials. Please use attached Bid Form. Skepton Construction, Inc.
