This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-09-Q-3FA133 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-09-Q-3FA133 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-27. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 336611 is less than 1,000 employees. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about October 16, 2008.
