The 355th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek qualified 8(a) and/or HUBZone sources capable of providing Energy Management Control System operation, maintenance, and installation services at Davis-Monthan AFB AZ. NAICS is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services. Work includes host system operating, reporting, and hardware and software upgrades necessary to achieve energy conservation measures, as well as maintenance and repair. An on-site presence is contemplated. NOTE: Must be certified capable of maintaining legacy Staefa-proprietary controls/software, as well as provide Staefa-compatible equipment.
