The City of Long Beach (City), Technology & Innovation Department (Department) is seeking bids to renew its existing EMC VNX5300 & VNX5500 Hardware and Software Maintenance for a period of 24 months with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The renewal date is June 30, 2017. Electronic Bids shall be submitted via the Cityâs secure online bidding system. All required sections of the Bid must be submitted via the website. Bidder is solely responsible for âon timeâ submission of their electronic bid. The Bid Management System will not accept late bids and no exceptions shall be made. Bidders will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that their bid was submitted successfully. The City will only receive those bids that were transmitted successfully. In addition to the electronic submission, bidders shall submit the following original document(s) with wet signature(s) in a sealed envelope to the address shown below: 1. Original bid cover page 2.
