The RFQC does not result in a contract award. Reference 2024-RFQC-GTRI-0093. Stage 2: Only qualified suppliers will be invited to participate in the RFP. The RFP will identify the most responsive and responsible supplier who is able to provide testing of the MIL-STD-461.
