The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the solicitation. The solicitation is amended as follows:
1) To correct Proposal Instruction no. 1
From: The Offeror shall certify they have qualified EMC trained staff and provide past performance information and contacts that demonstrates they are able to fully support EMC Clariion CX3 and CX4 controllers and disk arrays.
To: The Offeror shall include information on their experience in working with EMC Equipment maintenance. This experience shall clearly state its being comparable to the level/scope of this requirement.
2) To clarify question III of amendment 0001 as follows:
i) The total price of $14,000.00 of the existing purchase Order did not include Boulder, CO equipment.
ii) The solicitation is for a maintenance renewal not a new storage solution.
3) To correct the following submission portion as follows:
From: All proposals must be submitted electronically via Email, and be received not later than 2:00 PM Eastern time, on January 10, 2014. E-mail proposals shall not be deemed received until the proposal is entered in the e-mail inbox of Maisie Meade at [email protected].
