The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services is soliciting for DataDirect Connect for ADO.NET License Maintenance renewal on behalf of the The Office of Job Corps (JC). See the attachment for additional information and Brand Name Justification.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFP-261391-1079 is issued as a Request for proposal.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a twelve month period. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to WWW.SAM.GOV to register prior to submitting quote.
