This equipment was manufactured by FEI, therefore all service will be completed by vendor. Procurement of these units will be conducted in accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 13.106 and 6.302-1. No alternative source has been identified able to provide service for this piece of equipment. The cost has been determined fair and reasonable based on current technical knowledge of fair market value. The net purchase order value is $25,041.12.
