This is a multiple building project scheduled to start construction in August of this year with a 12-month duration for Phase 1. The project consists of (11) total buildings including (6) Type VA, Group R2, NFPA 13R, 4-story, wood-framed, SOG, apartments: (4) 3-story Carriage Houses with "tucked-in" garages: and (1) common area Clubhouse. This proposal is for the (6) Apartment buildings (phase 1). The Clubhouse (phase 2) will bid during the construction of the Apartments, and the (3) Carriage Houses (phase 3) shortly after that.
