The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 and the annual size standard is $11M. The bridge contract base period of performance will be for OCONUS/in-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia English Language Training (ELT) Services for a six (6) month base period, commencing on 4 May 2019. There will be one 6-month option period in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. In addition, FAR 52.17-8, Option to Extend Services will be included.
This Notice is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued for this short notice urgent bridge requirement. The requirement is for a contractor to provide, prior to or on 23 April 2019, in Saudi Arabia (for support of the Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Technical Services Institute) a minimum of sixty-five (65) personnel with valid work visas, permits, IQAMA, medical clearance, secure housing, transportation, medical, administrative, and personal support services. Any company who believes itself capable to provide these OCONUS services by 23 April 2019 may submit a capability package in writing. It must include verifiable information and ability to provide a minimum of sixty-five (65) personnel in Kingdom at the TSI for ELT support of sixty (60) classrooms, to include Instructors, Program Management, Library and Learning Center Support Staff, and IT & Administrative Support Staff prior to the current contractor's demobilization date of 23 April 2019. Capability packages must verifiably demonstrate that the contractor has current and valid work visas, permits, IQAMA, medical clearance, secure housing, transportation, medical, administrative, and personal support services for minimum of all sixty five (65) projected personnel, to ensure no break in service by 23 April 2019. Capability packages must not exceed twenty (20) pages.
