Clemson University intends to sole source the Ellucian Workflow. This purchase is to be sole sourced because this is the only product that has both the necessary functionality to create workflows, while also having out of the box integrations directly to 2 other Ellucian systems used by Clemson University, Ellucian Ethos and Banner. This integration is necessary to make the ERP system work as required and improve efficiency, while not costing anything to implement this solution. The total price of all services is $124,367.16, which includes all software licenses for Workflow. Bidder’s right to protest as listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement of an emergency procurement.
