ELKTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #34 ELKTON GRADE SCHOOL NEW CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION INVITATION TO BID ADDENDA #1 Issue #1: The proposer must submit/propose a draft contract that the District will enter into with the CM/GC. The certification that you are referencing on that specific page (24) is that you will meet the insurance requirements set forth in the proposed CM/GC contract. Also, an addendum is acceptable. Issue #2: The Project is anticipated to commence May 1, 2020, and will need to be completed by the end of December 17, 2020. The remodel may begin at the same time depending on the logistics and impact to the operation of the facilities. The renovation will be substantially completed by August 28, 2020. In working with a CM/GC and staff the schedule for the remodel work can be deter mined to minimize the impact to the operation of the school and still meet the anticipated completion date of August 15, 2021.
