REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS
PART 1 - DESCRIPTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, (STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), using FAR 12 Acquisitions of Commercial Items and the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures of FAR 13. The solicitations document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2005-95. The Government reserves the right to issue an award without discussion.
