The 934th Airlift Wing, 760 Military Highway, Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100 is seeking professional services for inspections, maintenance, and service call on seven (7) elevators located throughout this installation. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the elevators in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 1 March 2011 through 29 February 2012 with four (4) one-year renewals at the Governments Option. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Wage Determination, commercial practices or manufacturers specifications and ASME/ANSI requirement latest edition. This procurement is unrestricted for both small and large businesses. The NAICS Code is 561790 with the small business size standard $6.5 million. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System.
