The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the service and maintenance of the passenger Elevator located at the Law Enforcement Center to be placed on an Annual Contract. The prices are to remain firm for a one year period, with the possibility of an additional one year renewal period. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The contract period will be July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. All questions must be submitted through the City of Warner Robins IonWave bidding system by Wednesday, April 07, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, supervision, and technical personnel to satisfactorily complete the service and maintenance. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable federal, state and local codes and regulations. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
