THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. NO AWARD WILL BE GENERATED FROM THIS NOTICE. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 3, North Service Center, Pittsburgh Field Office intends to compete a requirement for elevator inspections at the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse Building in Pittsburgh, PA, at the William S. Moorhead Federal Building in Pittsburgh, PA, and at the Erie Federal Complex in Erie, PA. The U.S. Post Office and Courthouse Building is located at 700 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, the William S. Moorhead Federal Building is located at 1000 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, and the Erie Federal Complex is located at 17 South Park Row, Erie, PA 16501.

General Scope of Services:
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform elevator inspections (five year and annual) at the William S. Moorhead Federal Building, the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse in Pittsburgh, and at the Erie Federal Complex. This contract will be awarded with one base year and four one-year options.

The applicable NAICS code is 541350 - Building Inspection Services, and the small business size standard is $7 million.

In accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b), the anticipated contract will be competed as a total 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated contract will be procured utilizing the Best Value procedures.
