The Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority (WMATA) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide the Office of Elevator and Escalator (ELES) with labor, material, and disposal services to pressure wash, de-grease, clean, deodorize escalator wellways and select escalator truss & pan throughout the entire Metro system, and provide drainage maintenance (snaking / clearing& proofing (jet-rotter) of pipes under escalators , shared escalator wellways and other axillary ELES Spaces as needed.
