Is the NIH painting the wall and building at same time which is why the color is to be TDB? If so, is the NIH open to have same painter paint the booth after install?

Is it possible for us to paint the booth exterior onsite after assembly? We can't paint the booth before installation as that will create leakage in the channels before installation.

Yes, the booth can be painted on-site after assembly. Painting must be done by the installer/assembler.
