GSA has a need to establish a contract with Auto Auction Services Corporation (AASC) the firm that offers AutoIMS.  AASC offers GSA Fleet a license agreement to obtain access to the web-based AutoIMS vehicle inventory system. AASC is the sole firm that can provide the AutoIMS license. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice the Request for Quote (RFQ) will follow. Please see the attached Pre-Solicitation Notice and Justification & Approval. 

Due dates for quotes will be provided in the RFQ.
