The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has a requirement to obtain Electronic Intermediates copies of Film and Video holdings. NARA’s customers (e.g., researchers) request from the contractor and pay for the making of a film-to-video or video-to-video intermediate.  NARA will incur no cost for this contract, as this is a zero-dollar contract. NARA’s customers request services under this contract for the making of a film-to-video or video-to-video intermediates.
