The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source fixed-price contract to Lloyds List/Informa UK Limited, 31-41 Mortimer St. London, W1T 3JH UK for electronic (Internet-Based) access to Lloyds List Online Services for a subscription renewal. The subscription is a unique and combined service of live movements, characteristics, and ownership supplying movements, ETAs and port callings.

Period of Performance:
*Base Year: Dec 1, 2015 - Sept 30, 2015
*Option Year 1: Oct 01, 2015 - Sep 30, 2016
*Option Year 2: Oct 01, 2016 - Sep 30, 2017
*Option Year 3: Oct 01, 2017- Sep 30, 2018
*Option Year 4: Oct 01, 2018- Sep 30, 2019

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2); when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source.

However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Office within (3) days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the U.S. Coast Guard will proceed with awarding a fixed price contract to Lloyds List/Informa UK for a subscription renewal for Lloyds List Online Services.
