This is a Request for Quote for an Electrochemical Machine for Rifling built to specification number 01-22-3424, on behalf of Watervliet Arsenal. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract and will be a 100% small business set-aside. 

Request for Information (RFI) shall be submitted for any explanation desired by an offeror regarding the meaning or interpretation of the solicitation, clarifications, and information regarding the RFQ to the POC not later than 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 14 March 2023.
