NSWC INDIAN HEAD EOD TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company

NSWC IHEODTD requires the procurement of services for Electric Initiators.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System code(NAICS) is 332993. The FSC code is 1377. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
