The solicitation is for electric handicap shopping carts to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Pacific Theater, Europe and Puerto Rico. However, for overseas locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port.
