The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with SPI/Mobile Pulley Works, Inc. citing FAR Part 13.106.

To the best of the Government's knowledge, there are no other firms in the area that can satisfy this requirement. The work to be done under this contract consists of providing an Elbow, 32"lDx90 deg x72 CLR for the Dredge Hurley to meet the Government's requirement.

Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with cost/price information by June 20, 2017 @ 10:00 AM CST.
