This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued for elastic webbing to be used in the production of military garments.  This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. 

ITEMS FURNISHED UNDER A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE MUST BE MADE IN THE U.S.A.  THE NON-MANUFACTURER RULE APPLIES - A RECIPIENT OF A CONTRACT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, IF OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER, MUST PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS OF A SMALL BUSINESS.

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, intends to enter into a three-year, firm fixed-price Requirements type contract with economic price adjustment.

Delivery is to two locations:  FT Dix, NJ and Manchester, KY.
