The Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) at Fort Eustis, VA, has a requirement for for 35 new build units of customer part number 34209200-RJAD-001 (HI part number - HG9869J1-001) and intends to do a sole source acquistion to Honeywell International Inc. This product shall maintain the exact form, fit, and function characteristics as the current Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) being fielded. Software and firmware shall be at the latest version approved by the Air Worthiness Release (AWR) for these platforms. Once completed to the Special Operation Forces Services Activity (SOFSA) located at Blue Grass Army Depot. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive propsal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203(a). A determintation by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely with the discretion of the Government.
