The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will be hosting a Small Business Fair for vendors on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at EEOC located at 131 M Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20507. The Fair will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EST). Presentations will be given in the following areas: mediation services, expert witness services, information technology (IT) services, EEO investigatory services, surveys and analysis, and business support services. The following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes are associated with these services and other anticipated EEOC procurements: 334611, 421430, 511210, 513310, 514210, 518120, 531120, 532420, 541199, 541511, 541512, 541513, 541519, 541611, 541720, 541910, 541990, 561320, 561439, 561499, 561990, 721110, 811212, 921190, 922130, 923130, and 926150. This Small Business Fair is intended to allow vendors an opportunity to become familiar with the following areas: the types of supplies and services which EEOC procures through the contracting process; submission of their capabilities portfolios; and, learning how to do business with the Federal Government. All vendors are welcome; if you plan to attend, register by sending an email to [email protected] on or before April 15, 2010. This email should contain your full name, company name, and a contact telephone number. Attendance is limited to no more than three (3) individuals per organization. All attendees must have a Photo ID. If you are not pre-registered you will not be admitted to the Small Business Fair. NOTE: This is NOT a bidders’ conference and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendees for travel, marketing efforts or data offered for examination. Therefore, the cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
