Request for Quote (RFQ) (CSOSA-12-Q-0027)

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is requesting a quote for Training Services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award this purchase order under the terms and conditions stated in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a single, firm fixed price purchase order award will be made to the vendor whose proposal represents the best overall value to the Government. Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-2.

Please refer to the attached solicitation to assist you in developing your quote. Quotes shall be submitted no later than May 17, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) via email to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is Susan Papa-Provost and her email address is [email protected].

Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall cite the solicitation number and be directed to the Contract Specialist, Allen A. Tillman II, via email at [email protected]. All questions must be submitted no later than Friday, May 11, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Any response provided by the Government in response to such questions may be forwarded to all potential vendors, if appropriate, as determined by the Contracting Officer.
