The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each EELS Analysis Online Suite to GMS 2 x64 upgrade P/N: 700.LS.70402U2.64.1, 1 each STEMPack system upgrade to a total of 4 analog input signals for Windows 7, 64bit P/N: 700.LS.777.U4AU2.64.1, 1 each IF Suite for JEOL in-column filter support P/N: 700.LS.702.70U2.64.1, 1 each SI EFTEM Acquisition Suite to GMS 2 x64 upgrade P/N: 700.LS.703.20U2.64.1, 1 each SI STEM Acquisition Suite to GMS 2 x64 Upgrade P/N: 700.LS.703.40U2.64.1, 1 each EDS Acquisition Online Suite for Windows 7, 64 bit P/N: 700.LS.707.10U2.64.1, 1 each DigiScan II Software Suite upgrade to GMS 2.0 P/N: 700.LS.788.00U2.64.1 and 1 each UltraScan US 1000 Software Suite upgrade to GMS 2.0 for Windows 7, 64 bit P/N: 700.LS.894.00U2.64.1. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
