The scope of services for this project includes engineering design, environmental documentation, permitting, pre-construction monitoring, outreach, researching funding opportunities and project management services required for the preparation of final design documents, including plans, specifications, estimates, and schedules. Bidding, bidding award and construction period engineering services are not included in this scope of work. Consultant shall provide a detailed scope of work for the execution of the project.
