Arlington County Government is seeking to construction services for park renovations at Edison Park located at 213 N. Edison Street, Arlington, VA 22203. The work includes all labor, resources, materials, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the requirements stated in this solicitation and its attachments. Site improvements of the work include: • Pavement and trail including ADA compliant access • Playground Equipment • Site furnishings including, but not limited to trash cans, recycle cans, benches, picnic tables, bike racks, signage, and fencing • Planting • Related site improvements
