The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for internal painting works at the U.S. Consulate General Edinburgh. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply.
The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The U.S. Consulate General Edinburgh has a requirement for interior painting services at the Consulate General building at 3 Regent Terrace built between 1826 and 1833 with subsequent alterations. The terrace is Category A‐listed and forms part of the Calton A‐Group. The building is comprised of a basement, ground floor, first and second floors.

It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on the website “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. An NCAGE code is required to register in SAM. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither to obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
