This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with LGM Pharma, Nasville, TN. The statutory for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this action is 325411. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items, NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with thw System for Award Management (SAM).
