The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award additional quantities of ECP ATFLIR 04270510 Infrared (IR) Marker Retrofit as a firm fixed price (FFP) modification to delivery order (DO) 55 of the basic ordering agreement N00019-05-G-0008 to the Raytheon Company on a sole source basis. As the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer with the intricate knowledge of the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) pods, Raytheon Company is the only known source that possesses all the technical data necessary to incorporate ECP 04270510 in the ATFLIR pod and is uniquely positioned to meet and fufill NAVAIR's requirements within the time required.
