The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award ECP-ATFLIR 04270510 Infrared (IR) Marker Upgrade as a firm fixed price (FFP) delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-05-G-0008 to the Raytheon Company on a sole source basis. As the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Advanced Technical Forward Looking InfraRed (ATFLIR) pod, the Raytheon Company is the only known source that can supply the ATFLIR technical data and analysis required to add the IR Marker capability to the full rate production (FRP) ATFLIR pods and spares.
