The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award ECP-ATFLIR 0028 Interconnect Reference Designations as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems on a sole source basis. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ATFLIR Pod and owns the technical data rights. This Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) will correct the reference designation for the Laser Transmitter Receiver (LTR) Diode Driver Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) part numbers 6475057 and 6472887. Current reference designs do not reflect the top down hierarchy which is required to accurately identify parts and their location, aid in troubleshooting and improve the overall maintenance capability of the ATFLIR Pod.
