The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source delivery order to The Boeing Co., P.O. Box 516, St Louis, MO 63166-0516 under BOA N00019-11-G-0001 for removal of the Forward LEF Antennas and EADs off of the F-18 G model aircraft and replacing them with a place holder. The Boeing Co. is the only firm which possesses the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data required to successfully coplete the effort. See Note 22
