The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under N0019-11-G-0001 or on the successor BOA to The Boeing Company 6200 J.S. McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, MO 63166 using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of retrofit design and development, logistics product data, TD revision, validation and verification kits, validation kit installation, retrofit IETMs, and recurring kits in support of an F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Environmental Control System (ECS) Anti-Ice Duct Bracket Redesign Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), which will increase the life limit of these parts. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 Weapon System and only Boeing has the F/A-18 particular engineering data, capability, resources, and expertise required to fulfill NAVAIR's requirements.
