The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001 with the Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri, 63166, for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6411, "FT50 Inner Wing Upper Splice Fitting at AFT Fastener SKin on Retrofit Design" for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft. This effort will be procured on a sole source basis. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator fo the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, and facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondents must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required time response.
