The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri, 63166, for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6408 FT50 Y233 Bulkhead Z90 Floor Attachment Retrofit Redesign. This effort will be procured on a sole source basis. The projected period of performance for this effort is 24 months after contract award. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the projected timeline.
