The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under basic ordering agreement N00019-10-G-0004 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) One Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245-2804 using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of critical structural parts in support of ECP 6326 "FT50 Fuel Barrier Web at Y510."  Parts are required to build "full up" kits to modify the F/A - 18 EF aircraft with an improved redesigned Fuel Barrier Web at Y510.  As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), only NGSC possesses the unique and specialized engineering experience, resources, subject matter expertise, tooling, facilities, and manufacturing techniques, critical to satisfying the Government's minimum requirements.
