The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (Boeing) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, for the procurement of ECP-MDC-F/A-18-00620 Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for Retrofit Incorporation of APG-73 into F/A-18A+/C/D.  Projected period of performance is 1 July 2011 through 30 April 2014. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18A-F aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
