The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement #N00019-08-G-0010 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, Connecticut. The anticipated delivery order will require the Contractor to provide Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) to incorporate MIL-DTL-85054D Corrosion Preventative Compound (CPC) into the MH-60R aircraft. In addition the Contractor will update documentation via a Class I Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel and equipment required to perform the work necessary to achieve the desired results. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by NAVAIR.
