The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-13-G-0001 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) for procurement of MH-60 Sierra TD-1 (Block 3A) Kits and TD-2 (Sierra Block 1) Kits. The scope of this work will include creation of aircraft wiring bundle retrofit kits with fixed provisions to allow the fleet flexibility in the deployment and use of the Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) mission systems including ALMDS (Aviation Laser Mine Detection System), AMNS (Aviation Mine Neutralization System), and Pre-Planned Product Improvement (P3I)

This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment, and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
